After seven years, the melamine production line has resumed operations at the Macapaima Industrial Complex. The first shipment, delivered to Cabudare in Lara state, marks a milestone in the reactivation of this line and confirms the strong reception of the product in the Venezuelan market.

The initial delivery of melamine produced in this new stage at the Macapaima Industrial Complex arrived in Cabudare. The review of the material ensured both proper handling during transport and timely delivery to the client. The order included colors such as White, Frosty White, Gray, Graphite Gray, African Walnut, Laricina, and White Chestnut.
According to Luis Miguel Franco, Regional Sales Manager at Masisa, the sale was made possible thanks to the efforts of Rubén Álvarez, with support from Sales Managers Jorge Adrián and Carina Lobo, along with Evelin González, Customer Service Coordinator.

“The focus is always on meeting customer demand, addressing any potential issues, and providing viable solutions. Direct and personal contact raises expectations and allows us to hear first-hand impressions of the product,” noted Franco.

Franco also reported that new sales of melamine in the same colors have already been confirmed with other clients, who highlight the quality of the product and appreciate having locally manufactured boards available once again.

This positive reception was also echoed by Julian Paparella, representative of Placacentro in Cabudare, who praised the shipment received:

"Masisa maintains the quality across all its products, which is why we, as clients, work with the entire Fibranova and Andinos line: raw boards, HR, melamine, and everything from the sawmill.”

The relationship with Placacentro in Cabudare dates back to 2013, making it one of Masisa’s key clients in Venezuela.

“I feel well taken care of, fully aligned with Masisa. They are always available for us, and we truly value that. We work hand in hand,” added Paparella.

After seven years, the melamine production line is back in operation thanks to the commitment of management and the coordinated work of the teams. Today, the product is already present in Bolívar, the Capital District, Coro, Falcón, Lara, Mérida, Táchira, and Carabobo, with new deliveries being prepared for El Vigía (Mérida) and Apure.
