Channel for ethical complaints and consultations.

As part of the governance environment, Masisa has a communication channel for direct or anonymous ethical complaints or inquiries regarding compliance with its Business Principles, Standards of Ethical Conduct, Conflicts of Interest and any issue related to a possible regulatory breach of its internal control environment, its financial statements and situations or events that require the attention of Management and/or the Board of Directors.

For all complaints or ethical queries received, a timely, independent, confidential and non-retaliatory analysis is ensured for their issuers, through a process structured and monitored by the Risk and Audit Committee of Masisa's Board of Directors and independent of the Company's management, ensuring adequate treatment of identification of the facts, due process and implementation of internal improvements in those situations that warrant it.
