One of the key actions driven by the commercial team is visiting clients as part of a broader strategy focused on strengthening loyalty and maintaining close relationships.

On this occasion, Luis Miguel Franco, Regional Sales Manager, and Héctor Puerta, Head of the Production Line, held working meetings with four major clients to review matters related to product quality and on-time delivery—while reinforcing the strength of the brand they represent.

“The goal is always to meet customer demand, resolve any issues that may arise, and offer viable solutions,” said Franco, emphasizing that direct, face-to-face contact helps manage expectations and provides firsthand insights into the customer experience.

The visit took place in Valencia, Carabobo State, Venezuela, and focused on supervising the unloading of materials through joint efforts between the Production and Sales teams, ensuring the deliveries were handled responsibly.

“Sending clear signals to the market about what’s working—and what isn’t—is essential to sustaining our business,” added the sales leader.

For his part, Héctor Puerta praised the initiative, noting that it enabled direct contact with customers and the chance to assess whether there are any deviations in the production process.

“These types of visits, which are strategic in nature, haven’t always been necessary because we’ve generally been able to meet our customers’ needs. However, this time we came together as a team to ensure that the value chain is being fulfilled all the way through to the final step,” he explained.

Puerta also highlighted the importance of direct interaction with customers and the active involvement of production teams, as it opens the door to understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and proposing new management approaches that can strengthen commercial partnerships.
In addition, these visits create opportunities to build relationships and exchange ideas that reflect true teamwork.

“The customers were very receptive—and that’s exactly what we aim for,” added the leader. MASISA remains committed to service excellence, ensuring that the final consumer experiences the full quality of its products.

The commercial team carries this mission as a guiding principle in their efforts to continue strengthening MASISA’s business in Venezuela.
