Santiago, October 2025. Renovating a space has never been more inspiring. On sunday, October 5, Hermanas Modo Deco premiered on 13C, a new remodeling and interior design series set to win over home-makeover fans with 14 episodes packed with creativity, practical ideas, and accessible solutions for every household.
Taking cues from trend-setting home-improvement shows on international platforms—such as Dream Home Makeover and Fixer Upper—this Chilean production focuses on real transformations, a distinctive local touch, and products within reach of any family.
Hosted by sisters Francisca and Javiera Díaz—a decorator and an architect, respectively—the program follows different remodeling processes, with each episode presenting a fresh creative challenge and actionable tips.
“Our goal is to show the impact design can have on people’s well-being and quality of life. It’s not just about creating beautiful spaces, but about transforming lives with functional rooms tailored to the people who live in them. We want viewers to reconnect with their homes through spaces that reflect who they are and adapt to their needs", said the Díaz sisters.
MASISA plays a leading role in the series, providing design guidance and featuring its melamine boards, wall coverings, and ready-to-assemble furniture—giving audiences a chance to see how materials become modern, functional, and stylish spaces.
“We want people to feel inspired and see that with creativity and the right solutions, any corner of the home can be transformed. Taking part in this program lets us showcase, in a friendly and entertaining way, everything MASISA brings to interior design and to improving quality of life”, said Felipe Bril, Head of Marketing & Communications.
Hermanas Modo Deco airs sundays at 4:00 p.m. on 13C, with additional broadcasts on mondays at 8:00 p.m., tuesdays at 5:30 p.m., thursdays at 7:00 p.m., and saturdays at 4:00 p.m. (Chile time).
