Retail, e-commerce, and in-store actions continue to consolidate our market presence and strengthen connections with both end users and strategic partners.

In recent weeks, the Sales Team has activated several initiatives that reinforce our commercial strategy across multiple channels in Chile. These efforts range from high-traffic digital events to strong in-store visibility and specialized clinics, expanding our reach in the Chilean market.

Cyber Event Results – E-commerce

In June, MASISA actively participated in the Cyber Chile event through digital platforms including Sodimac.cl, Easy.cl, and Imperial.cl. This initiative not only boosted our digital visibility but also allowed us to connect effectively with new audiences.

Among the top-performing products was the 18 mm Ecoplus White Melamine board, which, thanks to a 10% discount, sold 108 units during the event—far surpassing its weekly average of 17 units.

Other standout performers included the 8 mm OLB, which reached 264 units sold compared to its weekly average of 80 units, and the 3 mm White Pine MDF, with 56 units sold, also exceeding its typical weekly average of 33 units.

New Store Opening – Construmart La Florida

In June, we celebrated the opening of a new MASISA point of sale in Chile: Construmart La Florida, located at Vicuña Mackenna 910, in the Metropolitan Region. This store offers a full assortment of MASISA products, including decorative melamines, painted panels (Cherry and Maple), and OLB perimeter closures—bringing our solutions closer to a high-demand strategic area.

In addition to its physical availability, these products are also accessible online via construmart.cl, expanding convenience for customers throughout the country.

Oak Carvalo Fluted Accent Wall Panel Campaign at Sodimac

We also launched the OakCarvalo Fluted Accent Wall Panel campaign at Sodimac, with product placement in 42 stores across Chile. This effort strengthens product visibility in physical sales spaces and reinforces its positioning within the channel.

Securing a prominent in-store presence with available stock represents a major achievement for the sales team, especially considering that not all suppliers gain access to promotional spaces within Sodimac.

MASISA’s New Color Collection Now Available In-Store

Our new color collection of melamine boards has begun rolling out to Placacentro locations through dedicated display towers—allowing furniture makers and customers to explore the new designs directly in-store.

To date, 31 customers have already incorporated products from this collection, totaling 282.5 m³ sold since launch. This strong reception reflects growing market interest in our newest design offerings.

Trend Talk and New Product Launches

On July 10, we hosted our first Trend Talk at Placacentro Toso in Villa Alemana, together with Ignacio Tobar. The session featured the launch of our new color palette, along with our panel offerings—creating direct engagement with furniture makers and industry professionals.

“All of these initiatives help us connect more directly with the end customer and strengthen our presence at key moments and touchpoints in the buying process,” said Carla Varela, Key Account Manager for Major Retail at MASISA.

“We’re deploying a comprehensive strategy that combines digital campaigns, in-store presence, and collaboration with our sales points. The focus is on enhancing the customer experience and maximizing our visibility throughout every stage of the commercial journey,” added Claudia Olate, Sales Executive for the Industrial Channel.
