Our social commitment focuses on eight key pillars to foster development, equity and community progress.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: We value diversity and strive to make inclusion and equity a reality. We have formalized this commitment through our corporate policy and protocol for the prevention, punishment and eradication of mistreatment, workplace and sexual harassment.

Education and Development: We plan and execute training and coaching to develop motivated and capable teams, focused on enhancing skills that support our triple bottom line strategy: social, environmental and economic.

Health and Safety: We are committed to providing a safe work environment that protects the health and well-being of our teams, backed by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.

Community Relations: We promote respect and cooperation through policies that reflect our commitment to social and community progress.

Social Development: We promote education and community growth to generate positive and sustainable changes for the benefit of people and their prosperity.

Continuous Training: Education and training are fundamental pillars of Masisa's social and community relations management. In 2024, we conducted 21 courses and workshops at the Community Center and in San Pedro de la Paz, with the active participation of 620 people.

Support for Entrepreneurs: Since 2020, we have trained local entrepreneurs in Cabrero and San Pedro de la Paz. In 2024, we conducted two trainings focused on digital marketing, sale and customer service, which benefited 60 participants, with 130 hours of training.

Entrepreneurial Financing: We support entrepreneurs to strengthen their skills and business models.
