Strategic focus groups guide the development of new products by MASISA

During the month of October, the Commercial Solutions and Marketing Management team held a crucial working session at the Apoquindo Office, focused on the innovation and development of our Wall Panels, one of the product categories we aim to strengthen.

This session is part of our commitment to "putting the customer at the center" and ensuring that our offerings align with market demands. All floor collaborators were invited to review the development of new products for this line, and a guided survey was used as a mechanism to gather their opinions and define which developments will be selected and boosted for distribution through the Retail channel.

Continuing with the same dynamic, a second Focus Group session was held, this time with external market professionals, including architects, real estate companies, and designers. The primary purpose of both sessions was to collect direct feedback on the new products for the line, with the clear mission of "taking them directly to our final customers' homes."

The main objective of these sessions was to "determine which of the products in the current catalog will transition to permanent stock," allowing the company to make informed decisions based on direct market opinion.

This joint effort between the different areas of the Commercial Solutions and Marketing Management and the attendees highlights MASISA's commitment to Customer Orientation and Excellence in developing its portfolio.

The collected feedback was essential for aligning our offering with market preferences and strengthening our Wall Panels lines.
