Recognizing the Teams That Made a Difference in the Latest Edition of the Copa Placacentro

In a ceremony held in 2025, three Placacentro stores from Valparaíso and Ñuble were recognized for their commercial commitment and management excellence during the most recent edition of the Placacentro Network’s loyalty program in Chile.

The official awards for the 2024 Copa Placacentro were presented in June. This recognition honors outstanding management and performance across the network throughout the year. This time, PLC Casarino San Felipe took 1st place, PLC Casarino Los Andes earned 2nd place, and Placacentro Chillán was awarded 3rd place, reaffirming their commitment to delivering a strong customer experience and upholding the value proposition of the network.

What is the Copa Placacentro?

Now in its sixth year, the Copa Placacentro is an annual loyalty and commercial management program aimed at sales teams and store managers within the Placacentro Network. The program includes a series of activities, campaigns, and challenges held throughout the year, through which participants earn Placacentro Credits—an internal currency that rewards performance.

At the end of the cycle, the three top-performing stores with the highest scores receive special prizes. The program not only celebrates goal achievement but also reinforces team engagement, encourages active participation, fosters a sense of belonging, and promotes healthy competition among stores. It also helps align each team's commercial objectives with the brand’s overall strategy—enhancing customer experience and strengthening long-term loyalty within the network.

Recognition for the Casarino Placacentro locations was delivered in person by Claudia Olate, Sales Executive for the Industries channel, along with Constanza Cid, Loyalty Program Lead. Both visited the stores to celebrate with the teams, present the awards personally, and highlight the vital role each Placacentro plays in building a brand that is close, professional, and responsive to local needs.

In Placacentro Chillán, the award was presented by Vicente Pacheco, Regional Sales Executive, who also took the opportunity to engage with the team and acknowledge their dedication and contribution to the brand’s growth.

“Recognizing the work of our partners is key to continuing to strengthen the network. This award shines a light on the daily effort of our teams and their contribution to our shared growth,” said Constanza Cid, Loyalty Program Lead.

“These recognitions not only celebrate commercial success, but also boost motivation and commitment among our distributors—who are a fundamental pillar in executing our strategy across the Placacentro channel,” added Claudia Olate, Sales Executive for the Industries channel.
