Masisa has established a communication process for anonymous or straightforward grievance related to the compliance of its Business Principles, Ethical Behavior Standards, Conflicts of Interest, and regarding each and every subject concerning a possible breach of rules, its Internal Control Environment, its Financial Statements or situations requiring the intervention of the Administration or the Board of Directors.
An independent, confidential and no-retaliatory analysis is granted for the received concerns through a structured and monitored process by the Company’s Audit Committee.
Should you have any concern related to the application and compliance of the Business Principles or other issues mentioned above, we urge you to pass it on though the available channels below.

• Lawyer
• Corporate Internal Audit Manager (who directly reports to Masisa S.A. Audit Committee)
