This company relies on its 11 industrial complexes for the production of boards. They are located in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela and Mexico; all of which have been awarded ISO certifications 9.001 and 14.001 along with OHSAS 18.001. Furthermore, all Masisa’s boards have the European certification E1 of low formaldehyde emission.
The forestry unit has a patrimony made up of 238 thousand hectares of pine tree and eucalyptus plantations spread all over Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela. These forests play a very important role in Masisa’s value proposal, since fiber supply is allowed in the long term according to the growth strategy of the unit in the countries where it operates.
