Self-Evaluation Process Of The Directors

Each year a self-evaluation performance process is carried out by the Board of Directors as the directing entity of the company. The selfevaluation is backed by formal processes with scopes and manner of qualification that have been previously defined. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is responsible for leading the self-evaluation process.
