Masisa held the Ordinary Stockholders' Meeting 2009
The following people were elected Directors
At Masisa´s Ordinary Stockholders' Meeting held on April 29th, the following people were elected Directors for a statutory period of three years: Jorge Carey Tagle, Ronald Jean Degen, Rosangela Mac Cord de Faria, Enrique Cibié Bluth, Juan Carlos Méndez González, Enrique Seguel Morel and Salvador Correa Reymond.
Afterwards, during the Board of Directors´ meeting held on the same day, Jorge Carey Tagle was elected President of the Board of Directors and the Company, and Ronald Jean Degen Vice president.
Furthermore, Salvador Correa, Enrique Seguel and Enrique Cibié were appointed as Members of the Directors´Committee, whereas Enrique Seguel, Salvador Correa, Rosangela Mac Cord de Faria and Juan Carlos Méndez were appointed as Members of the Audit Committee.
